Questions About Return to Her

What is Return to Her (RTH)?

Return to Her is a ritual- and land-rooted creative container offering reflection spirals, wilderness-guided experiences, ritual-art, and related programs. We are not therapy — our work centers symbolic integration, embodied practice, and rites of passage.

Who is RTH for?

People called to re-member body, land, lineage, and voice. Though the brand centers a feminine-rooted reclamation, offerings are open to anyone who resonates with the work and consents to our agreements.

How do I access my course or reflection arc?

Once you purchase an offering you’ll receive an email with login instructions.
All materials live on our Podia site; you can revisit them any time while your subscription is active.

Is this therapy?

No. Our offerings are reflective, ceremonial, and educational. They are not clinical therapy, mental health treatment, or trauma therapy.
If you need clinical support (medical, psychological, or crisis care), please reach out to a qualified provider in your area.

If you’re in crisis or need clinical support, call your local emergency number now.
U.S. users: Call or text 988 (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or dial 911 for emergencies.

International: If you are outside the U.S., check your local crisis line — https://findahelpline.com/

How do payments work?

Courses can be purchased as a one-time payment or as a monthly subscription (where noted).
Subscription access continues until you cancel through your account settings.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Because reflections and ritual content are immediately downloadable and time-sensitive, most digital purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at RTH’s discretion for technical failures or billing errors. For events/retreats, see the event-specific cancellation policy (published on each event page).

How is my personal data handled?

We collect the minimum data needed: name, email, payment info (processed by Stripe/Podia), and course access records. Data is used to deliver purchased content, send transactional emails, and maintain your account. We do not sell your data.
See our full Privacy Policy for details.

What are the community guidelines?

Respect, consent, confidentiality, and care.

Harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, attempts to coerce others, or breach of another participant’s privacy are not tolerated and will result in removal without refund.

Report incidents to support@returntoher.co immediately. Include date/time, platform, and description. We will respond within 2-3 business days and take appropriate action.

What if I have technical issues or need help?

For login, payment, or content-access issues, email support@returntoher.co.
We respond within 2–3 business days.

Liability disclaimer
